Week 10, Day 1
I took two days off saw how it went last week, but the same today I was really tired, as if instead of resting I had a competition ... Apart from the fact that I was wrong to calculate the% so that I did back in the legs instead of 60-70-75-80 60-65-70-75. However it was not the same work prohibitive, but in the end I missed the pull, preferring to try to recover tomorrow.
